Keeping your boiler serviced annually is a must to ensure it is working efficiently, which will stop any hidden repair costs. We use state of the art equipment (flue gas analyser)which can detect any problems ensuring we can fix and advise going forward.

- Visual inspection of Flue, boiler and all components
- Boiler service as per Manufactures Instructions
- Check efficiency-Flue gas analyser will be used to check boiler is burner correctly

Do I need my boiler serviced?

Does a boiler service include my Hot water cylinder?
This is a additional cost but is something you need doing yearly by a G3 Unvented Accredited installer who will check all safety devices make sure everything is as it should be by building regulations.
What is the difference between a boiler service and a gas safety?
A gas safety checks the appliance is safe to use. A boiler service is more involved which involves cleaning parts of the boiler, as well as safety checks. Boiler servicing needs to be done every 12 months.
If I am a landlord do I need too get my clients premises check?
Legally the answer is yes every 12months.
Will my system filter be checked or cleaned?
Yes system filters will be checked and cleaned. Customers will be advised on a power flush if found that the system is dirty.
