Leak in bathroom

Dexter was really helpful with our leak he came out to determine the issue in the hope it would be something he could fix there and then, unfortunately it was a much bigger problem. But he went through thoroughly with us the work that needed doing, even came back after the quote to explain everything in detail. He kept in contact throughout whilst waiting for parts and when it came to the job itself he did a great job. Quote was spot on and turned up when he said he would. Even took a look at the boiler whilst he was here fixing the bathroom. Would highly recommend.

To identify and fix a leak in the bathroom

I cannot praise Dexter enough! He is a fantastic plumber who came round very promptly to try and identify where the leak was coming from under the floor in the bathroom. Not only did he come up with solutions but he identified the problem and ensured that we had cold water and heating. Once the floor had been dug up he came round the next day to lay the new pipes and ensure that the heating and hot water was all working properly. Extremely tidy and very competitively priced. We will not hesitate to use him again.

Fitted a new kitchen tap.

Dexter replaced my kitchen's old tap to a new one because the old tap was dripping,initially I was just thinking to replace the washer,he asked me to send some pics to have the rough idea what type of tap,what type of washer he would need etc after seeing some pictures he recommended as tap looks quite old might worth replacing the whole tap than just the washer coz the labour charge going to be same so I did and I am glad,i took his advice.He was very polite,friendly and puntual,neat and tidy with his job.I would recommend him to anyone.Great jon Dexter!
